How to measure your pulse

Wrap a string/ribbon around the wrist on which you will wear the bracelet and mark the point where it overlaps. The twine/tape should only adhere, not tighten.

Measure the twine/tape from the end to the marked point and check the table below for the size corresponding your wrist circumference.

Your measurement will correspond to your circumference by adding 1 cm.
